Lapland House is in northern Sweden, about 100km to the south of the Arctic Circle. It is a typical Swedish house and is right by a lake, in the quiet locality of Abborrträsk. You will have the feeling of being quite alone, but still have neighbours. The 250m² house on a 2100m² site and a detached double garage has two floors and a basement. The ground floor comprises a hallway, guest WC, kitchen and living room with air conditioning. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a little gallery. The basement has a modern bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and washbasin, as well as a generous entrance area and utility rooms.
