Holiday house on Lake Malchiner approx. 80 m², garden: terrace with garden furniture, 2 parking spaces, the plot of 343 m² has grown in, covered laundry drying area. Modern, bright, functional kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave. New modern bright bathroom.
The boat is yours i. D.R. available from April 15th to May 1st (depending on water level and when the jetties can be set up) and until October 1st. Although the engine is regularly serviced and checked, it can theoretically happen that the engine breaks. We therefore point out that there is no legal right to the boat.
It is available from 1. 10.-1. 4. A rowing boat on a slip wagon is available, which you have to let yourself into the water. Please note that in the winter months the jetties are removed from the water due to ice. The lake is about 150 meters and the jetty 250 meters from the house. A small sandy beach is 600 meters away.
There is the possibility to buy fresh bread in the morning and two restaurants in Dahmen. The one is very quaint and offers a small but fine selection of good home cooking. The other overlooks the lake and also offers breakfast. Freshly caught and smoked fish can be bought from the fisherman (350m from the house).
It is not necessary to pre-order bed linen.
If you want to bring a dog with you, please ask before booking! Please note that it is not possible to take a cat with you.
