Beautiful villa on the Costa Blanca in Spain for a maximum of 12 people directly on the beach with private exit.

This incredible house in Denia - Els Poblets, has direct access to La Almadrava beach. There are only 5 homes in this area with direct beach access, making this property very special. From the living room you have access to the garden and the pool and from there you go directly to the beach through a small private door. The holiday home consists of 2 floors, with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The 2 floors are connected via an internal staircase and the house offers fantastic views of the sea, beach and mountains. In the garden there is a brick barbecue and a large dining table under a pergola for the whole family. The private pool with children's area is surrounded by grass. Please note that Villa Neptun only has one parking space on the property. There are several restaurants and bars near the villa, as well as supermarkets approximately 5 minutes away by car. The center of Dénia is 15 minutes away by car and a huge shopping center with shops, restaurants and cinema can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Not forgetting the Oliva Nova golf course and its equestrian center 15 minutes away by car. You will spend an unforgettable vacation at Villa Neptun with friends or family.
