In the middle of the land of waterways: a former mansion with no less than 350 square meters, which is now ideally suited as a holiday home for a holiday with a clique or an extended family. It is located in the Golßen district of Gersdorf, just 25 km from the pretty town of Lübben in Spreewald. The Dahme, a tributary of the Spree, flows about 3 miles away and there are small fishing ponds all around the area. Incidentally, Golßen is also home to the 100-year-old production facility for the popular Spreewald preserves - first and foremost, of course, the pickled cucumber! Every year in August, the Spreewald Gherkin Day takes place here at the historic adventure market. Otherwise, you can of course also buy the regional delicacies at the Golßer weekly market, which takes place twice a week. Activities nearby: The Spreewald, with its huge water labyrinth, offers almost 1,000 km of creeks for extended paddling trips, which the whole family can do in a sporty and active way.
