This detached holiday house is situated between the Hanseatic town Stralsund and the town Barth by the Barther Bodden that forms the gateway to the Fischland Darß peninsula and the Baltic Sea town Zingst. The central location makes it possible to explore all the places of tourist interest in the area and the Zingst/Darß sandy beaches about 20km away or Stralsund 19km away. The house was completely modernized at the beginning of 2017 and charmingly furnished.
The living and dining room opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and an awning, as well as a fully enclosed garden on a 1700m² site, where you can relax. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. Private car parking spaces are available on site. Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation provides around 105m² of living space for a maximum of four people. The living and dining room has a comfortable sofa suite, a coffee table, satellite TV, a stereo system with a CD player and radio, as well as a dining table with chairs. The Rostock-Stralsund railway runs about 2.5km away from Karnin and can be accessed via the ICE train station Velgast 2.5km away. There are plenty of parking spaces at the train station.
