The villa is a one-floor residence of 165 sq.m. and comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with king-sized beds and 1 junior bedroom). 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (while there is a 3rd bathroom that can be used by the guests as well), a fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, stove, microwave and all necessary kitchen micro-devices, dining area and a large living room with fireplace and 2 sofa-beds that can additionally sleep 2 children. All areas are air-conditioned and have large windows outlooking the beautiful garden, the pool and the sea.
This luxury villa is located in one of the most privileged spots in the scenic village of Keri, Zakynthos. It is built on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, Marathonisi Island also known as Turtle Island and the gulf of Keri.
The beach below the villa is accessible in just a few minutes through a private footpath next to the villa. The centre of Keri where you can find tavernas, shops, mini markets and coffee shops is just a breath away by car.
