On a quiet dead-end street that ends at Spy Pond, experience the access and energy of Arlington Center while enjoying the warmth of a friendly neighborhood. The home is three floors, fully furnished. The third floor is semi-finished for storage or perhaps a workout space. Downstairs includes a gracious foyer with a beautiful staircase, plus a back staircase, a living room with a bay window and beautifully tiled fireplace (not working), a dining room, and a large, newer, eat-in kitchen with loads of cabinets and all the essential dishes, etc.

There is a large basement with laundry and lots of storage and space.
