Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this cabin offers tranquility while still being conveniently close to all the exciting things to do. If you love nature, you'll be thrilled to know that the Flagstaff urban trail system starts right in the backyard, making it easy to explore the outdoors.
This beautiful cabin is perfect for each of the four seasons Flagstaff experiences. Whether it’s cool summer breezes, beautiful fall leaves, quiet snow falling outside the two-story windows or the blooming of spring. Escape to the ponderosa pines in this spacious home, where friends and family can spread out over 3 floors each with beautiful wrap around decking and a hot tub. This custom 3,000+ sq ft home is in Ponderosa Trails is tucked away in the corner with a long driveway and opens up to the trail system behind it, giving it a private feel that most homes in the neighborhood do not have. This stone and wood house is the perfect escape to the mountains. The smell of pine trees will surround you while you enjoy every aspect of the amazing home.
Your getaway starts with fun both in the amazing backyard and inside the home. The backyard has a spa, a hammock, a gas fire pit, swing chairs and games like horseshoe toss, cornhole, and hook & ring toss. Inside the cabin, there's a game room with board games, a giant Connect Four, and a table arcade game. Inside the garage you will find fun activities like ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball game, darts, and frisbee/bottle throw.
The home has three separate floors with multiple living areas, which gives everyone their own space to relax and unwind. The first floor boasts the first of four beautiful bedrooms, with a king size bed and a private door out to a wonderful wood deck. There is a full bathroom with stone shower and two sinks. Two regular twin size foldaway beds can be found in the closet for use in any room. Downstairs also has a game room with a large Smart TV with YouTube TV and is fully stocked with board games, video games, puzzles, cards, books and fun. The large couch has a queen pull out to sleep 2 people. The game room also has a door that leads out to the wood deck along with a large doggie door into the backyard.
On the second floor you will find the ample great room with floor to ceiling windows showcasing all the pines trees in the backyard and beyond. A large couch and two comfortable recliners. There are 2 dining areas along with a breakfast bar with 4 barstools, beautiful gas fireplace, large Smart TV with YouTube TV, streaming capabilities and DVD player, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for any meal. There is also the powder room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. These two bedrooms each have a king bed and door to a private patio. The bathroom features two sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The master suite encompasses the top floor with a loft and two comfortable conversation chairs overlooking the great room at the top of the stairs. The master has a king bed, large Smart TV with YouTube TV, streaming capabilities, sitting area with oversized leather chairs next to the fireplace, private deck and large bathroom with separate tub and stone shower.
Outside you will find 2 wrap-around decks on the first and second floor along with decks outside all of the bedrooms. These decks house the BBQ for grilling in the cool evenings, a dining table with umbrella, and plenty of other comfortable seating. In the fully fenced, private backyard, you will find a spa for 7-8 people, ring toss game, horseshoe pit, corn hole, hammock, swing chairs, chairs around a gas fire pit and beautiful landscape. Out the back gate leads you to a paved trail for walking or biking or through the woods to a nearby park. For the more adventurous, walk through the gate and find miles of Flagstaffs Urban Trail System (FUTS).

Neighborhood:
Ponderosa Trails is a quiet neighborhood. There is a park just down the way from the house with a large field and play structure as well as hills for sledding in the winter. As we share our home with you, we kindly request observing quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
**Many renters have been confused by location. Please look at map area, we are in a community of other houses. We have houses to the left and right of us. We are not in the middle of the woods. You can see the other houses in the photos**

2. Garage for parking, plenty of driveway parking
3. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and great room. Floor fans in each bedroom. 2 Swamp coolers
4. 2 roll away beds/linens, can be found in downstairs closets
5. Linens, bath towels, spa towels, dog towels, bedding, extra pillows, extra blankets
6. Snow removal, as quick as possible

Kitchen: Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, tea, coffee, creamer, sugars, paper towels
Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryers

House Rules:
1. Only put toilet paper in the toilets. No flushable wipes or feminine products, etc.
2. No parties or events of any kind allowed on property. 10 people max occupancy at any one time.
3. Up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats. Must clean up after your dogs.
4. No more than 4 cars at the house at any time.
5. No smoking or vaping on the property.
6. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
7. Rental contract is agreed to upon securing reservation.
