Positive: The home is as cute as a button, clean and very family friendly even though it was couples that stayed. Beautiful views and really close to Eureka Springs, it was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: The beds. They were awful. Some people can't sleep on foam or memory foam comfortably and I was miserable the entire stay and slept on the floor. Every bed in the house had the same 4 to 6 inches of foam topper. I wish I would have asked before booking.
Summary: Very cute, family friendly vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood close to all the great things
