The master bedroom has a king bed, giant TV, walk-in closet and sweeping ocean view. The en-suite bath has double sinks and separate shower and bathtub, with beautiful stone work in the shower. The other two bedrooms have a king and a queen bed, and each has an attached bathroom and closet. There is a fourth bathroom off the hallway. The living room contains all-new furniture, including a blue-gray modular sofa, beautiful wooden tables and another giant TV. The dining area features a long wooden table, and on the other side of that is a quartz kitchen island. The kitchen itself is huge, with quartz counters, white cabinets, stainless-steel refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher.
The home is air-conditioned throughout, and mountain breezes also keep the house cool. There's lots of natural light and open space. Beyond the sliding glass doors is a large, landscaped area with a rear patio that has new dining and lounging furniture, plus a barbecue. Down a stairwell is a large, newly renovated swimming pool, with coralline deck and stairs. This property has three gated entrances, a 3-car parking garage and a caretaker who lives on-site. It's near the end of a 2-mile mountain road, mostly gravel but paved on steeper inclines. This road is sparsely populated with luxury houses, and is also home to deer, monkeys, coatis and foxes.
