Both units are on one floor and share with the owners (who live in a third apartment): a flowered path that hosts a first area used as a bicycle parking area and a second area used as a laundry room with a washing machine.
1) The largest apartment on the first floor is suitable for up to 5 guests and has a large living room with a marble kitchenette that overlooks the balcony with a bright French window. A table for 7 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV complete this first room. The kitchen equipment is complete: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans.
Beyond the corridor, in the sleeping area, we find a large double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a windowed bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with a single bed.
The apartment has 2 balconies and air conditioning, and in the warmer season a fan is also available to guests.
