Positive: Housewithnonails is a very special property managed by wonderful hosts. Jen is extremely welcoming, provides excellent local guidance and cooks an amazing country breakfast as well as a mean flat white coffee. The beds and bedding are the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. We used this location as our gateway to Hobbiton.

Negative: It was all perfect.

Summary: Unique home, outstanding comfort and amazing hosts.
