The house distributed on two floors consists of 6 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, living room with fireplace and billiard room. Fully equipped for any time of the year and recently remodeled, it is perfect to enjoy your holidays in a privileged environment and at the same time have access to the entire leisure offer of the Costa Dorada at approx. 20 luminaries in car.The house is located in the center of an estate of 6 Ha., 700 m. from the center of the village of Riudoms, near the beaches of the Costa Dorada (10 km from Cambrils, 15 km in Salou) and important cities (5 km in Reus, 20 km in Tarragona, 100 km to Barcelona ). And only 18 km. Puerto Aventura. Mas Xanxo is formed by two houses. The large house has 4 double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with a fireplace, a games room and two full bathrooms.
