During its renovation, the 100 sqm one-level house was converted to allow wheelchair access. It is convenient for guests with limited mobility but also for those who enjoy the comfort of a barrier-free holiday cottage.
The house is located 200m from the street along an unpaved side road and offers privacy and tranquillity. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in a green environment, this is the place for you.
Joleni Cottage is conveniently located for exploring the island. Several beautiful beaches are only a short drive of 10-15 minutes away. Argostoli and the airport are within a 15-minute drive. A basic minimarket and a traditional taverna are within a 10-minute walk in the village. A restaurant, two cafes/bars, and two more minimarkets are in the neighbouring village of Spartia, just a 2-minute drive away.
An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dining -and sitting area offers plenty of space. From here patio doors open to the covered terrace with table and chairs.
