Total peace & quiet (without any vis-à-vis, or close neighbors), nestled "on a balcony" on the south-east hillside exposed facing the bucolic mountains of Mâconnais & Clunisois extending as far as the eye can see. Exceptional setting and site, 100% relaxing & restful. Haven of peace and tranquility literally magical and enchanting. Breathtaking panorama & sumptuous landscapes. Spacious sloping natural garden of 1000m² welcoming "Marcus" the owner's goat (parked on site) and a pleasant shaded gravel terrace under a century-old walnut tree. Comfortable cottage.
