Villa La Pagerie is built on a half acre flowered garden, just feet away from a secluded beach where spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy sea basin โ ideal for safe swimming and home to many tropical fish species.
The house offers five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms on the main and upper floors. In addition, the basement is equipped with a private entry, two single beds, a bathroom and can accommodate a live-in chef/housekeeper or extra guests as required. The villa is ideally fit for a party of up to ten guests.
The estate is located within the High North Nature Park on the northwestern side of Carriacou boasting parrots, iguana, turtles and other wildlife. This area alos features the nicest and most secluded beach on the island, Anse La Roche (a few minutes by boat and 20 minutes walk from the villa).
Another gorgeous sand beach, Paradise Beach, is 15 minutes by car south of the villa, also on the Caribbean Sea. Opposite Paradise Beach is tiny, yet beautiful, Sandy Island, featuring coconut trees that provide shade from the tropical sun and the best snorkelling around.
