Positive: Quiet securely gated property with parking; very modern and clean; fully equipped kitchen; terrace with table + chairs; nicely landscaped area behind the apartment and along the entrance driveway; strong AC in the living room + kitchen area; nice swimming pool; comfy bed and pillows; friendly owners (French speaking only).
Negative: Disappointed with the poor WiFi reception; told when we arrived it’s a problem across the village; never informed of this in advance; plans are to improve it but right now you will need to rely on your cell phone; low glass table with folding chairs in the living room not very comfortable; neither are the backless bar stools at the kitchen counter; directions on Booking.com are incorrect; follow the directions on Google maps to find the apartment (Rue Grand Verges; on my TomTom navigator this street is named Lotissement Les Grands Vergers).
Summary: Excellent Modern Apartment, But WiFi Mostly Unusable
