A stone's throw from the heart of the peaceful & picturesque village of Mazille, a "Cluniac Site" rich in notable heritage (listed Romanesque church from the 11th century, priory from the 11th listed MH, Celtic menhir, Deanery of the Monks dating from the 13th century, etc.), also known for its convent of the order of Carmels ("the Carmel of Peace", listed as MH), of ultra atypical modernist architecture (work of a student of Le Corbusier), Original property of 1 ha in common including a swimming pool, a petanque court, a chicken coop, several terraces (one covered and one under a vegetated pergola) & a lawned garden with a small orchard (apple trees, plum cherry trees, kiwis... / picking possible).
