Wonderful two-room apartment near the pretty and picturesque medieval village of Compignano, just 20 minutes southwest of Perugia, Capital of Umbria.
The property is new on the rental market having been completely and beautifully renovated with taste and style.
It is very bright and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
All rooms have been designed and furnished to offer comfort and attention to detail.
From the main door you enter directly into the large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
On one side you can then access the large terrace overlooking the pool and with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
On the opposite side of the living room there is the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds; both rooms have a private bathroom, the first with a shower and the second with a space for the washing machine.

Compignano is a delightful medieval village with no more than 100 inhabitants.
