On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fire place with hot air circulation and a large sun-terrace; a kitchen with dining table as well as a bath room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a single bed. From each room you will have a marvellous lake view. The flat with central heating is partially renovated and equipped with mostly antique furniture. An outdoor covered swimming pool (2,5 x 7 metres) with a hot shower is located in the garden.
