Lovely intimate property, both protected from view by imposing historic stone walls & a pleasant plant barrier, located in the heart of a pleasant rural setting of meadows & forest a stone's throw from the center of the famous Burgundian city - spiritual heart of medieval Europe with inestimable historical heritage - endowed with the very rare and prestigious "European Heritage" label. Very good comfort. Warm contemporary country character, perfect marriage of tradition and modernity, combined with a careful heritage renovation (stone fireplace head, beams, original floor tiles, etc.). Lots of charm.
