Positive: The place was very easy to find out. It was very clean and tidy. The host was very nice and explained us about the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Negative: The only downside is is an extra 35 euros charged, is called cleaning charge. As soon as we came to the property after explaining everything by the host he asked the 35 euros. I never paid a cleaning charge by booking through booking.com. This is my first time I paid for my stay and on the top paid for the cleaning charge. So I thought it's a bit expensive stay regardless of the place is very comfortable for stay.
