First floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- A large bedroom with two single beds (80x200), a sofa and storage space as well as an adjoining shower room with a shower, a basin and a hair dryer.

Outside :
- A large garden of 4000 m² facing south and shared with two other homes. A private space is reserved for you with a terrace of 5 m², exposed south-east and fitted out with a table, two chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
