Newly renovated home just over a 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame campus! Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which has a deluxe king bed! Downstairs is a large bedroom with 3 beds in it. There are full bathrooms on each level of the house. Everything inside the home is new and have only been used a couple of times. A beautiful kitchen with everything you will need to prepare in-home meals. Trader Joe's is located walking distance from house as well. HD TV's with YouTube TV access on both levels for your entertainment. The perfect place for a football weekend, Junior Parent's Weekend, Graduation, or any visit that brings you to Notre Dame or South Bend.
