This large dwelling is light and bright with modern design elements you will love, yet it still holds its character and charm by showcasing its original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and beautifully crafted molding throughout. With two spacious bedrooms, this house is perfect for small groups. With a large open plan living/kitchen area, you and your guests will have plenty of space to spend time together and unwind yet still have designated spaces to retreat to for everyone. All while being steps from all Charleston has to offer!
*The Rosemary Suite C features…
-Two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms are on the first level of the unit (third floor of the house). Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom complete with a single vanity and beautiful glass walk-in tiled shower. Each room features a flat screen tv, and closet space for storing luggage and clothes
-An expansive and modern open plan kitchen with a large dining table, new stainless appliances, and fully equipped with all the kitchen tools and cookwares you could need for a home cooked meal
-Spacious open living room on the first level with sofa, club chairs, and flat screen tv.
-A private piazza, a Charleston architectural staple, perfect for having morning coffee or an evening cocktail
-In home washer and dryer located off the kitchen
-High speed internet
-Luxurious 100% cotton linens and towels for each guest, along with high quality shower amenities for your convenience
-Two parking spaces in the adjacent lot.
Guests will have exclusive access to two bedrooms and two bathroom of unit C. The rest of the unit will be locked off from guest use and no other guests will be able to access the unused space. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull your car off the street and into the parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
"The Rutledge Room", a private event space managed by Hamby Catering, is located on the ground floor of the property. Events here must conclude by 10pm however, guests of the event space may leave later than this.
