You'll be just 2 minutes walk from Starbucks, Hard Rock Cafe and other restaurants, bars, cinema, jazz centre, business centres & shopping malls. It's perfect for business people, couples, families.
We also provide free transfer when you book over 5 nights with us!
Our apartment:
Is a spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment with an amazing sea & boulevard view for cozy evenings watching the sea, sunrises and sunsets. We are 3 minutes’ walk to the Old city, Maiden Tower and literally right by Nizami street's bars and restaurants, coffee shops (Starbucks, Gloria Jeans coffee, Hard Rock Cafe, Paris Bistro) and major business centres and shopping malls.
NOTE: The apartment is on the 5th floor to take advantage of the amazing view. As in all city centre architectural buildings in Baku, there is no elevator in the building.

What's is inside:
The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 7 adult guests and a 1 child (toddler bed is available). There are 2 double beds as well as double sofa bed, 2 arm chairs, working corner and table and a floor mattress. Please note that second bedroom and living area are a part of same room. There is a LCD TV, hi speed internet Wi-Fi, First aid kit, fire extinguishers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine (with powder).

Bedroom and bathroom:
As we love our guests, we always provide clean linens at the check-in as well as towels (face and body), bathrobes, single use sleepers, one time use shampoos, shower gels, toothpaste and toothbrush, toilet paper.

Kitchen:
There is always a bottle of still water, fresh water drink, local Azerbaijani pastries, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, so you feel at home from the first day in Baku and get well rested. You may use all kitchen wear and cutlery, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer, kettle, oven, cooker as well as cooking items such as oils, spices etc.

To make your stay with us even more pleasant, we usually organise an airport transfer directly to the apartment (*FREE if you stay over 5 nights) and we help you carry your luggage to the apartment and explain what and where everything is. Check-in is from 15:00, Check-out usually takes place at 12pm.
Additionally, we can organise tours within Baku and Absheron sights as well as Azerbaijani regions (Gabala, Sheki, Shamakha, Guba, Ganja etc) for very competitive prices. Please ask with messaging about these tours.
