This one was conceived in 1995 and presents a big variety of flowers, plants and shrubs, which one can appreciate in any season. The house is spacious (120 m²) and functional (3 bedrooms + 1 bedroom landing, 2SdE and 2 separate WC, possiblité additional beds, kitchen, laundry with washing machine, living room and stay, TV, fireplace, internet, veranda with office and large dining table, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, parking spaces ...); you will particularly appreciate finding yourself in its bright veranda or in the living room around the fireplace.
Ideal stay to meet with family or friends and enjoy all year round all the tourist attractions of the region. In summer, seaside activities are nearby. In December, it is an ideal location to enjoy the illuminations and Christmas market Locronan attracts every year large crowds. All the rest of the year, you can enjoy the beauty of this region, at the tip of Brittany.
