Located on the first floor, it includes a large living room opening directly onto the pool, a fully-equipped kitchenette, an open-plan bedroom area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. Outside :
- A 4.50x2.20m city pool, (unheated) and available all year round. It is protected by a cover with bars. The pool is open at all times and lit in the evening. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A 600 m² shared garden with the owners, comprising three terraces: one in front of the pool with a dining table, a shaded terrace with private garden furniture, and a solarium with 2 deckchairs and a pergola for outdoor dining, even in rainy weather. All unoverlooked.
For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: washing machine, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron, raclette and fondue machines, board games.
