Positive: The view is great, there are two balconies facing the sea. The bedrooms could be a bit bigger, but they are okay. The neighbourhood is loud but you can't hear it inside the apartment if the windows are closed.

Negative: Everything was sticky, especially in the kitchen. A deep cleaning is definitely needed in the whole apartment. We didn't turn on the ACs cause they seemed to not have been maintained. One of them was falling out from the wall. The smaller bedroom has no heating options. The shower head was missing, and the whole bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower despite having a glass door. The balconies are also not so clean, we didn't dare sitting on the couch and the chairs are missing some parts. There is parking facility but it's very cumbersome. We only spent one night in the apartment but the more time passed was the more uncomfortable we felt.
