Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are four to five ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The villa, which is 195sq meters on a 1,000sq meters plot of land, is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one with its own swimming pool and completely independent and private of each other. The property is 550 meters from the port on a hill overlooking the port of Kea and offering an amazing sea and sunset view.
The villa is on 2 levels both leading onto terraces and patios. The upper level has a stylish and well lit living and dining area with large windows offering a fantastic sea view. Near the living and dining area is a fully equipped modern kitchen. Leading off the living room there is a guest w.c with a shower and a master bedroom with a double bed (1.70 x 2.00) and large windows and a fantastic sea view as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Outside the living room there is a terrace with an infinity swimming pool (8 X 5 with a depth of 2 meters), 6 sunbeds, a stone built BBQ, dining for 10 people and a stone built ledge with cushions for 6 to 7 people.
The lower level, which leads onto a large patio with a seating area, has two master bedrooms with Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, a guest house with a double bed (Queen) and an en-suite bathroom
