Newly renovated (2021) luxury villa (250 m2) with a fantastic private location and heated swimming pool (4x8). Close to forest and nature, famous Fyledalen with its rich animal and bird life and about 15 km from the beaches in Ystad m.m.
The large open kitchen has all equipment, a dining table with seating for 10 people and access to a large paved terrace in the garden with morning sun. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen with comfortable sofas and coffee table.
On the lower level there is also a large double bedroom (King size 2m) and adjoining large bathroom with large shower, a guest toilet and laundry room. The entire downstairs has underfloor heating.
Upstairs there is a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV (55 "with Netflix) and ps3 games, a large bathroom with bath and shower, a large bedroom with a double bed and" walk in closet ", a smaller bedroom with two single beds and "walk in closet" and a large bedroom with three single beds.
The pool area consists of heated Magna pool (not chlorine, 4x8 m with a depth of 1.5 m) and a large paved lounge area and paved terrace for wonderful barbecue evenings. Sun loungers (4 pcs.), Lounge sofa, dining area for 10 people and gas grill are available.
Bed linen, towels (1 towel and 1 bath towel / person) and final cleaning are included.
