The casa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac that ends after a few meters directly at the sea (cliffs). Here steps lead down to the water, with a stone platform that invites you to lie down and sunbathe.
From here you have a view of the entire sea and can enjoy wonderful sunrises!
The casa is on a hillside in 2. Sea line with several terraces.
The front terrace is suitable for summer and winter.
For the cooler months there are radiant heaters and a roll-down roller blind as wind / rain protection and a light-flooded roof.
For the summer months, the roof can be opened completely and the blinds raised. Here you can enjoy your meal at a large dining table with a bench and plenty of chairs, or spend cozy TV evenings on the large wicker lounge couch. here is a large 49 inch Samsung TV flat screen with SONOS speakers!
From here you enter the spacious new open kitchen with living area with air conditioning and fan.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, Bora hob, dishwasher, microwave, large SMEG fridge with freezer compartments, and with all the little helpers such as. B. Hand blender, new NESPRESSO machine, kettle, regular filter coffee machine, electric juicer and much more.
There is the possibility to enjoy the food on cozy bar stools directly on the cooking island.
For entertainment fans there is a lounge couch with a large, cozy wicker lounge area
large Samsung TV flat screen (internet-compatible), a sound system from SONOS with ALEXA voice control.
Internet is available and free of charge!
Both bedrooms have a Supersoft Queen Size box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00), each with bathroom en suite.
For each guest there are two different pillows and a large duvet (155x200).
Both are identical and mirrored. In each there is a built-in closet with a safe for ironing, and a large flat screen TV.
Both bedrooms have fly screens and shutters.
The corresponding bathroom en suite has a walk-in rain shower, radiator / towel dryer, underfloor heating and an opening skylight / extractor with fly net.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Bed linen and towels are of course included!
The open living area leads to the perfectly designed patio with grill, lounge and pool area.
This area is constructed like a SKYDECK, with a partial sea view!
Here is the outdoor kitchen, with grill plancha (electric), sink, drinks fridge and a bistro bar table with bar stools to chill and eat.
Connected to this is the opportunity to sunbathe and relax on the brick lounge with cushions and pillows.
The HIGHLIGHT is the SWIMSPA next to it!
It's an "oversized hot tub,"
with whirlpool seats on one side with massage jets, on the other a counter-current system with real POWER!

The SWIMSPA can be heated for the cooler months.
An insulated cover is then available.
The electricity consumption is calculated using the electricity meter according to the actual electricity consumption!
An outdoor shower with hot water is located right next to the SWIMSPA.
We continue on an outside staircase to the large roof terrace with sea views and all-day sun!
Here you have the opportunity to lie in the sun and relax.
There is also a dining table where you can have breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy dinner under the stars.

Cala Llombards is a small sleepy cul-de-sac, with only a café-bar, a small hotel with a restaurant and 2 supermarkets with fresh bread and a daily newspaper. Only 5 min. from Santanyi!
Playa Cala Llombards beach is only 9 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car.
Other fantastic bays and beaches such as B. S`Almunia, Calo des Muro, Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago, S`Amarador and the Caribbean beach ES Trenc can be reached quickly by car.
