In the first valleys of the Gers, 7 km from the A 62 motorway, overlooking the hills of Lomagne, we offer you the ideal setting for family holidays or with friends. Find calm and serenity in an old wine estate of several hectares, where you will occupy a house built in 1820. In white Gers stone, it underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Decorated with taste and refinement, it offers 380m2 of living space on two levels.

You will have a living room-library, a bathroom. dining room facing south, an open kitchen, opening onto a patio with its old bread oven. The private part offers 6 bedrooms with single or double beds, and very comfortable bedding. A mezzanine with two single beds 90x200. Three spacious bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, and a laundry room complete the package. More than 100 m2 of terraces surround the different buildings.
A large swimming pool of 6 x 12 m, with salt filtration and alarms, a dressing room, shower and separate toilet. A covered rest area and a 16 m2 games room for your children. A private tennis court completes the package. The first golf course is 10 km away.
