Positive: The apartment was comfortable. clean, nicely furnished & well stocked with all essentials + good Wifi & very quiet. Communication with host, Clement, very prompt & always helpful. Access to the apartment was via an easy self Check-In arrangement & a lift. Conveniently quite close to Massena Metro Station + 3 supermarkets. View from the 5th floor. (Senior-Aged Australian Couple - Mid-May)
Negative: The bathroom itself with shower, toilet & basin is very small indeed & quite a challenge in which to manoeuver but host, Clement, very kindly alerted us to this aspect prior to booking, which we appreciated. We are a senior-aged couple & managed OK for our stay. The apartment also was slightly smaller than we would have preferred but OK for our 3-night stay. Unfortunately & totally out of Clement's control, the lift from the ground floor to the first floor was out-of-order for the duration of our stay so we had to climb 30 stairs to the first floor - thankfully it operated fully from the 2nd to the 5th floor ! Host, Clement sincerley apologised & advised us ahead of our arrival. He kindly offered to assist us with our luggage on arrival but we managed OK. (Senior-Aged Australian Couple - Mid May 2025)
