Positive: I liked the pool, the privacy, the amount of rooms and restrooms the location of the house. I love the floor plan down stairs it was nice and open to interact with family menbers. Also grill is convenient.
Negative: The ac on 2 of the rooms barely worked rooms got hot at night. No ac on the restrooms. The whole living area downstairs no ac it was tough to stay there during the day was really hot, also the TV channels was awful only had like 4 channels and most advertisement channels. A couple rooms didn't have window curtains so light got in really bad. It was hard to sleep in because sunlight. There was small ants in the kitchen. No dryer, no private parking. needed to park on the street but was safe. Needs a TV in the living room with good channels to relax in evenings
