Welcome to Maison de l'océan. The combination of modern, contemporary and rustic architecture, colors and flowers along with the sound of birds and the ocean make this home a cozy and charming home. With a ceiling height of over 6 m the room has amplitude, integration, light and freshness. Gives us a sense of splendor and grandeur with combined cuisine, it is perfect for getting together and enjoying loved ones. Maison de l'océan is ideal for families, friends and couples. We can host a maximum of 5 people. On the ground floor we have a toilet and a large living room with combined kitchen. In this space of the house the feeling of spaciousness, of grandeur, the Light, the freshness, all this integration is harmonized with the high ceilings and invites to meet and have a good time together. It is a space of interaction. From the living room there is access to the conservatory with a hammock to relax and enjoy doing nothing. On the upper floor is the bright and airy suite with balcony and terrace access. With an inviting bathtub and a pressurized shower the bath becomes a separate experience. A large closet ensures space for a longer stay. Also on this floor the mezzanine forms the second bedroom, good ventilation and natural light with balcony and view of the living room and kitchen. The terrace is the highest point of the house, perfect for a sunbath or a moon bath for a romantic evening. The garden is large with lawn and many plants and flowers. The colors change during the seasons. Upon returning from the beach you take a shower contemplating the colors of the plants. The garage holds up to 3 cars. Remembering that visits are not allowed. No parties either. Quiet neighbors so noise after 10pm is not allowed.
