Positive: The house is very cute & has a good set up. The balcony is great for hanging out & checking the surf. Great sunsets and we absolutely loved the dog, Bash.
Negative: Our car got stuck on the hill for 1.5 hrs,the hill is extremely steep & our car slipped into the bushes then got stuck. The staff informed us this happened a lot which sucks that there was no information about it on the booking. We were not able to drive up and down and instead had to walk up and down the hill multiple times a day. Wifi was in and out the whole time. Hours at a time with no wifi or cell reception. Bed sheets and towels were smelly, super itchy & left everyone with bites every night. The bedsheets also had rips and stains on them. The bum gun had almost no water pressure. This is essential due to not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms or kitchen area. Nor were there trash bins in the bathrooms to dispose of toilet paper due to not being able to flush down the toilet. We had to use plastic bags from takeaway food as our “bin”
Summary: These house itself is super cute but there’s so many simple things that lead to the stay not being great, simple fixes.
