Summary: My wife and i are older {75 years old. Married 54 years}. We just wanted to ger out of the house and see some of the state while we still could. We were in the Big Bend area for a week. we stayed at three different accommodations. Yours was by far the best rooms we stayed in. We had requested a downstairs room but were told none were available. In the two days we were there, we hardly saw another person.When we arrived, we had to drag all our luggage around the back of the building, go through two locked doors. find a staircase and carry our luggage up, one step at a time. This procedure was extremely difficult for us and unnecessary, especially when you have a perfectly good front door, right on the sidewalk. You have a perfectly good front door. you need to find a way to make it serviceable.
