This one bedroom listing is charming and comfortable with a queen-sized bed and a closet. Nestled in a two-bedroom apartment, you will have access to an artistically-decorated shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Sit on the deck with a mug of coffee and enjoy the day when the weather permits! Only about 7 blocks from the Mayo Clinic. You will be close to shopping, restaurants, parks, a tennis court, and a bustling downtown teaming with unique and locally-owned businesses.
Upstairs unit of a triplex built in the early 1900's. One queen size bed in private room. Fully furnished kitchen and the dining table is in main living area by a large picture window. There is 1 "tenant only" parking spot available for your use in the small lot behind the house.
Private main entrance to the apartment, private bedroom with lock to the left as you walk through the living room. It will be marked #1. The deck area has a patio table with two chairs for your morning coffee. There is one parking space for you on the south side of the house. The main access to this unit is up the stairs on the deck on the north side of the house.
As this is an upstairs apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs. If climbing stairs is difficult for you this may not be the listing for you.
This is one of two separate listings so keep in mind there may be other guests in the other private bedroom. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.
Potential for noise -This is a shared space so there may be other guest. There is also a family living below, general street noise, and train within 4 blocks.
General quiet hours are from 10PM-6AM.
We have a television with the ability to get Netflix , Amazon Prime, and Hulu (personal login required). We do not have cable available.
We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer located in the basement of the unit next door that you are welcome to use.
There is a window air conditioning unit in the kitchen but not one in the private bedroom.
