We thought of it all with this beautiful home! It's located in a phenomenal area of the Coachella Valley - walking distance to El Paseo shops/restaurants and gorgeous hiking trails! Scenic walks/biking surround the area that you'll love it if you're an active person, but if you prefer a book, pool chair and soft music playing on the Sonos this place is for you too! The home itself has been renovated, but still holds its mediterranean flair! It's 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (all fully renovated). Each bedroom has their own bathroom and walk in closet. The 2 double beds room has a new smart TV and working station - bathroom towels/hand towels/cloths/pool towels are found in each closet of all the rooms. Bed linens are new/fresh and high quality. The furniture throughout the home is new, high end and beautiful! The kitchen/bar is fully operational! There are 2 wine fridges, one in the bar and the other tucked in the laundry room for overflow. There's also an extra fridge in the garage if more space is needed for food or frozen goods. Wifi/cable/Apple TV+/Netflix/Hulu/Sports Package is all available for free. We have Sonos for outdoor/Indoor music to enjoy. Our garage holds 3 cars, plenty of room! Laundry room fully stocked with washer/dryer/iron/ironing board/laundry soap..etc. Let's get to the best part: The outdoor space... is OUTSTANDING!! New barbecue, new seating, new pool chairs. The large pool has been recently redone, retiled - it sparkles as pools should! The hot tub is placed in the best location, facing the sunset and beautiful mountain views. The evenings are the best! This is a hard home to leave when it's time to say goodbye!
