THE SPACE:-
- Private, Modern and Newly Styled(June 2023), the beautiful guesthouse is nestled in the scenic coastal suburb of Marino, only 18 km south west of Adelaide CBD.

- We love dogs and welcome small dogs under 15 kg, must be house trained and well behaved.
We provide a water bowl, food bowl, doggy towels, spare leash, dog bed, dog blanket and poop bags.
Where possible we encourage dog owners bring along their own dog`s bed & blanket and any other essentials required for their comfort.

Our guesthouse is at the rear of our property, on the high side. Private access is a separate pathway that is on an incline.
You will be provided with lock box code and details the morning of your check in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:-
LAUNDROMATS are very close, or we can offer a WASH, HANG TO DRY, FOLD service for a $10 fee per load.
Please note we do not cater for infants and toddlers so if you have a beautiful new born or very young family member and would like to book with us, then please bring along items required for their comfort and safety, i.e portacot, bath etc - please make this known to us in your booking.
If you are looking to bring a furry family member - please make this known to us in your booking and send a message advising the type of animal as we prepare the guesthouse differently for guests bringing a pet and for guests without a pet.
BUNK BED, top SINGLE bed suitable for children - has a low hanging ceiling beam above, we would like to point this out so you are aware when booking.
Please note this is a smoke free, vape free, drug free property.
Our neighbor on the east side has a renovation nearing completion, works is minimal with low activity and noise.
