HOUSE RULES
1) The property is located at a residential address. It is not allowed to make noise that might disturb the neighbors (Silence Law - 22:00 Hrs).
2) Do not flush toilet paper/absorbent/etc. down the toilet.
3) The renter undertakes to send a list with the full name and identity document of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the contracted period, not exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. People who do not appear on the list will not be allowed to enter the building.
4) Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
5) Always turn off the lights and unplug electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...). If this is not done, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
6) We check in from 15:00 and check out before 11:00. We cordially offer flexibility in these times if there are no other guests arriving or departing. If you want to guarantee your early check-in or late check-out, you can pay 50% of the daily rate so that the property is reserved for your use;
7) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen with a blanket for each bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Our bed and bath linen is in perfect condition - please let us know if you find any in poor condition so that we can change them / Do not use the bath towel on the beach or by the pool / Be careful with products that could damage them (especially make-up and sunscreen), as they could be charged to your security deposit.
8) There is no problem cooking, but please leave everything in order.
9) We do not provide oil, salt or spices, as we understand that these are food items for individual use.
10) All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid delays.
