Come enjoy a spacious, airy, 1 bedroom condo, at Mariners Landing. Perfect for a couple or small family. The pull out couch accommodates two children comfortably or one adult. The balcony overlooks the restaurant patios, pool, hot tub, and fire-pit, as well as the beach, and last but not least, the lake and its breathtaking mountains. Mariners Landing has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 6 tennis and pickle ball courts, paved walking trails and much more!!
We are also very pleased that The Landing restaurant has relocated and is now here on our property for all of us to enjoy. EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL POLICY
we charge the pet fee for ESAโs, unless it is a SERVICE DOG. ESAโs are excluded from NOT paying the fee by VIRGINIA law. This law is pertaining to hotels and short term condominium rentals, and is not subject to the fair housing act.
