The offered apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house on a approx. 400 m² garden plot with slope in Dusseldorf-Unterbach near the recreation area Unterbacher See. The living area is about 65 m² and is distributed over a bright living room with adjoining hallway, a bathroom with shower tub and a quiet bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace.
All rooms are equipped with tiles. An oriel in the living room brings a lot of light into the almost 30 m² room until evening. From the bedroom as well as from the kitchen, there is a direct access to the approximately 8 m² terrace and to the garden via windows which reach to the surface.
