Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The view was great, as was the size of the balconies. The property was very well equipped; for a kitchen, it had everything needed. The chairs, tables couches and outdoor furniture were perfect. The AC looked like it would be adequate but we did not use it once. The security is very good as is the excellent beautiful pool and views/tables, lounges by the pool. The Manager (Paolo) was terrific to deal with and very responsive. We will come again.
Negative: We knew before, from emails back and forth, that immediate access to the beach would not be super easy as the apt is about 4-5 stories up from ground level at the beach, and the access to the beach is via many steep stairs two buildings down the road. Normally, there are very good stairs on the property, but these are closed off temporarily. The property is up a bit of a small hill and at the end of the road, so we Ubered back most times from the center, only a km or so away, but at night and after a full meal, it was worth CAD3-4 for the rideshare.
Summary: Fabulous beach apartment with wonderful views up and down the coast.
