An excellent location with walking access to Patton beach or Waterman's Landing to rent a kayak or paddleboard, nearby hiking trails, Garwood's Grill for drinks on the deck or just hang out on the deck and BBQ with views of the lake.
There is easy access to many major ski resorts (Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows). Free casino shuttles and the Tahoe regional bus system (TART) are easily accessible.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay. Very clean and well appointed. We had several family members in adjoining cabins and were able to host Bbq dinners for all. Comfy accommodations and well appointed kitchen. Garage was a nice bonus, to store beach chairs and wagon. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and mini golf. We had an excellent time and would rent again.
