The space
Completely remodeled home in 2022. Property was set up for travelers looking for a luxury stay packed with fun and comfort. Open concept floor plan that centers around the fully stocked custom kitchen. Granite counters and top of the line appliances for the chef in the family. Breakfast bar and dining area with seating for larger groups. You want to leave this game room with one of a kind billiards table and multiple arcade games positioned around the bar and overlooking the oasis backyard.
Master bedroom retreat with King sized bed and luxurious Master bathroom that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Guest bedrooms also feature King sized beds and high quality mattresses for a good nights sleep.
Backyard features include brand new pool and custom putting green to work on your short game while on vacation. Multiple seating areas for family or friend gatherings in a private setting.
Can't beat this North Scottsdale location with easy access to the top Scottsdale Events like Barrett Jackson car show and the Phoenix Open. Close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter which features dining and shopping options.

Summary: We highly enjoyed our stay at this property. I travelled to Phoenix for a few days with my three teenage children to bond with them and have a nice mid-winter vacation. We chose this property because it gave off a luxurious feeling inside and had a pool and hot tub in the back. The property did end up being gorgeous inside. Whoever did the interior design has excellent taste. The hot tub was also high quality and we spent a lot of time inside it. The only major negative of our stay was the pool. Unfortunately, there was no pool heater and in the February this pool felt like an ice bath. It was practically unusable as a pool. However, we made lemonade out of lemons and we treated it like a cold plunge. We would stay for a while in the hot tub and then we would plunge into the pool for about 30 seconds, shivering away, and then go right back into the hot tub. Rinse and repeat several times.All in all, it didn’t end up detracting from our stay at all and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with all the rest of the amenities. I was just surprised that the listing advertises the pool as a primary feature and it turns out to be unsuitable for a regular swim during the winter months. A warning would have been nice. I still recommend staying here, especially for the price. And if you are coming April-November I’m sure the pool also will work out just fine.
