Dallah Chapel features a luxurious Super King Bed positioned in the heart of the space. Bask in the ambiance by the large indoor fireplace beneath soaring 10-meter timber-lined ceilings. Hydronic heating keeps the space warm and cozy, perfect for snuggling on the couch and watching your favourite movies on the smart TV.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with a large island bench, microwave, gas cooktop, double electric oven, double fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, and a barista coffee machine. Plenty of cookware and glassware are available to sample local wines and enjoy your culinary creations.
The private bathroom offers underfloor heating, a large circular bath ideal for soaking with a glass of wine, along with an oversized walk-in shower. A laundry offers both a washer and dryer.
Step outside through the original church doors onto the lawns and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying the country peace. Take a morning walk or unwind with a glass of wine at dusk while observing the local wildlife, including birdlife and kangaroos. Enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. You will find a herb & vegetable planter boxes behind the loft. Please help yourselves to any vegetables & herbs if required for cooking.
The open fireplace requires the flu vent to be open when in use and the fire screen in place to reduce spark damage. Any excessive use of firewood needs to be replaced.
The house has ducted heating & cooling & is controlled by the My Air control panel on the left side of the front door. The temperature is set to 20 degrees & please ensure the heater/cooler is in the off position when not required & upon exit.
Dallah Chapel runs on tank water & a septic sewerage system so it would be appreciated to avoid excessive use of water & do not put any foreign substances into the septic system.
There is a BBQ which runs on bottled gas & an open firepit for your outdoor use. Please clean the BBQ after your use or an extra charge may apply.
