We are right off Bangerter Hwy, central to Downtown Salt Lake City and Silicon Slopes in Lehi, Utah. 30-40min from 6 World Class Ski Reports.

Pack and play Crib in the closet.
Full-time owners live upstairs on-site and generally keep to themselves but we are available on the messed thread with quick response time.
You are free to use the always hot and ready (104* year-round) Bull Frog Spa, which will seat 6, on the back patio and watch the stairs or the sunset!
You have an off-street parking space up near your entrance as well.
Super Fast and Reliable High Speed Internet is included and cable TV on the Living-room Television.
We have a great workstation setup for those of you who are working and playing at the same time!
Professionally turned over between each guest's booking following the CDC guidelines.
Guest access
You have the entire downstairs private space! 1500+ square feet. You have a dedicated parking spot directly out front and can use the Hot Tub as well which is always kept hot and clean!
Large grassy yard. Patio seating with heater and fire pit.
The full-time owners live upstairs and would love to say hello but generally keep to themselves.
Club Mud is the onsite Pottery and ceramics studio and store located on the property in the adjacent building! Check us out online and we will upload the link to our "Vrbo experience" offerings here as well in case you don't qualify for the free class but would still like to take advantage of our paid class :)
HOUSE RULES
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in this listing or on the property at any time, violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the "additional guest fee" associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 6 doesn’t necessarily mean it's all included in the nightly rate). You understand that this is located in a nice family neighborhood and you agree to be respectful of noise and quiet hours. 10 pm-8 am.
3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Vrbo through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Vrbo platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a minimum $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $100 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
5) Quiet Hours are after 10 pm-8 am.
6. WE DO HAVE, AND DO MONITOR OUR EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA(s) for guest count compliance and the safety of our property and that of our guests. :) There is a front camera on the porch facing towards the driveway!
7. Alternations may result in some cases including change fees, as much as 50% of the lost revenues with a shortened stay. In some cases, like when a trip has already started or is close enough to the start date, there are no refunds offered for an alteration shortening your stay. Your host reserves the right to decide case by case otherwise.
8. Animal policy- no pets allowed.
9. Children must always be supervised by an adult on the property, especially in the hot tub.

Summary: My first time in Utah, and this was a great place to stay! The host was responsive, and the property was clean, quiet, and well-equipped—with a full kitchen, clean linens, recliner sofas, and even an extra bed.All the places I wanted to visit were close by, and the stay was budget-friendly. Just a note: the rental is in the basement of the main house, which wasn’t a problem for me but could be good to mention.I wish I had time to try the on-site pottery classes! Overall, a 5-star stay—I’d happily return.
