Summary: Beautiful room with views of Mullet Bay beach and golf course. However, the check-in process was unusual. It was done in the room on an iPad with the representative. Surprisingly, she left in the middle of the check-in process and came back later. Another unusual occurrence was a beeping noise from the safe located in the bedroom at midnight. Since it was after hours, I was directed to the front desk from WhatsApp. I was disappointed to only find the security guard at the front desk who provided no assistance at all. At 2am, the host finally replied to remove the batteries from the safe! From this experience, I feel that the customer service was lacking. No apology or compensation was made. Overall, I do not recommend booking this hotel.
